It’s a problem for me because I need it for my facials. I wasn’t able to return the item because I had already booked my guests. It would have been nice to get something that worked on the first try.Love it. My husband enjoys it and it make it so much easier to give him a massage.Really heavy to transportI love the order that is very nice and good price the delivered was also short time and not thing to be worry.Pleased with purchasethe carrying bag ripped after the first use.The cover tore before I got it off, but is not really necessary. The bed itself is great! Exceeded my expectations.
